Did you know that Figma is an entirely free web-based application that comes with the entire Google font library? I think that’s great! Anyway, here are a few of the best modern tech fonts that you can use for your own projects.

1. Chakra Petch
My all-time favorite modern tech font is Chakra Petch. It’s a very cyberpunk-looking font that I use for headings, and it comes in different thicknesses.
2. Press Start 2P
Press Start 2P looks like the text on old video games. And as we all know, it’s currently in to look retro, but in a modern way.
3. Black Ops One
Black Ops One looks like a modern military-style font. But its minimalism, sans-serif style, and the lines that cut through the shapes make it look modern.
4. Libre Barcode 128 Text
What says “futuristic modern cool design” other than barcodes? Honestly, I think a majority of the “futuristic” graphic design work I see nowadays contains some type of barcode.
The Libre Barcode 128 Text gives you two lines of graphics, both the barcode and the text you’ve entered. It’s such a quick tool that will save you time from creating the barcode lines by lining up lines one after another. Note! It’s important to choose the “Libre Barcode 128 Text” with the “Text” in the name. Otherwise, you’ll just get the barcode.
