I think journaling may be the single <em>best<\/em> way to gain more self-insight without other people butting in. Sometimes, you just need to learn what you, yourself, think, want, and feel, without having anyone else projecting their thoughts, beliefs, or advice onto you. And the way to do that is through journaling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But of course it can be hard to know what to write when journaling, so to help you, here are some of my favorite journaling prompts. You can re-answered them as many times as you want, even multiple times after each other. And why?<\/li><li>What goals do you have?<\/li><li>If money, time, education, and other people\u2019s opinions didn\u2019t matter: What would you do?<\/li><li>If you died in two weeks, would you be happy with what you\u2019re doing with your life right now?<\/li><li>When you\u2019re dead, what do you want other people to remember you as\/for?<\/li><li>If you didn\u2019t care about what anyone else thought about you, what would you do differently?<\/li><li>How is your ideal self?<\/li><li>What would an ideal day be to you?
